Train the Trainer Part 2 - Create your Course on Embodia

As an instructor, you can decide how long an attendee can access your course material after their initial purchase. There are two options:

• Lifetime Access
• Limited Time Access

For Lifetime Access, practitioners or patients will be able to see course content indefinitely and can see any updated information you add to your course. They will be able to access any exercise libraries, patient education, or templates included in the course materials.

For Limited Time Access, practitioners or patients can see and use course information for a set period of time (ex: 1 year).

To set the Purchase access duration of your course, go to your course page > Edit settings > Pricing. Then set your Purchase access duration:

To provide lifetime access to your course leave the Purchase access duration empty. To provide limited-time access, set the Purchase access duration to the number of days, weeks, months, or years that you would like to provide access.

Please note: The Purchase access duration field will only appear if the course has a fee associated (ie: it's not free).
